All Sold “As Is”

These trailers were towed to this location without issue, but no recent inspections have been performed. While we anticipate no problems, buyers assume all responsibility for:

  • Towing (comply with California state law).
  • Securing proper permits & insurance.
  • Removal within 7 days of purchase (unless a written extension is agreed upon).

Deposit & Payment Terms

  • $1,000 deposit is required to hold any unit.
  • Deposit must be sent via wire transfer.
  • The unit must be paid in full within 5 days of the purchase agreement date or deposit receipt.
  • Failure to pay in full within 5 days will result in forfeiture of the deposit, and the unit will be relisted for sale.

Purchase Agreement Requirements

  • The purchase agreement must be fully completed, signed, and dated.
  • Submit the agreement along with payment via email and wire transfer to proceed with the purchase.
  • Sending funds constitutes agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
  • Buyers provide their own insurance coverage once the trailer is paid for.
